Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We do also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and an all volunteer, non-profit organization. All of our animals are disease free, have been spayed/neutered and are up to date on shots. We charge a Dog adoption fee of $150 which includes a microchip. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Teddy is a baby Border Collie mix, who needs a furever family to bond with. His date of birth is June 8, '21. He's neutered and up to date on puppy shots and flea/tick preventive. He's a rough and tumble young pup who likes playing with his siblings. He's pretty cuddly.
You will need a fenced yard and proof of shots and heartworm and flea/tick preventives if you currently have pets.
