Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We do also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and an all volunteer, non-profit organization. All of our animals are disease free, have been spayed/neutered and are up to date on shots. We charge a Dog adoption fee of $150 which includes a microchip. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Most of our dogs will require a fenced yard. To fill out application, go to our website Marshallcountyhumanesociety.org, go to Adoption Info tab and click on Application. For more info, call 662-564-2900.

DUKE is the sweetest and bravest boy. He came to us with a bad limp and veterinarian determined that he had an old injury that couldnt be fixed and needed his right front leg amputated. He has handled it all so well and doing well on 3 legs. He will need a fenced yard with easy access to it. He does enjoy the company of other dogs and is a very easy going boy. we will need veterinarian reference on him if you have other dogs.
All our animals have been spayed or neutered and up to date on all preventives and shots and we are microchipped. Dog adoption fee is $125.
