Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We do also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check  the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog.  Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are  a limited intake adoption center and an all volunteer, non-profit organization. All of our animals are disease free, have been spayed/neutered and are up to date on shots. We charge a Dog adoption fee of $150 which includes a microchip. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Most of our dogs will require a fenced yard. ALICE GOT LUCKY: She got dumped on the streets after having puppies at 1 year old. She was skin and bones when her foster family found her and has turned her into a loving, loyal and smart girl. She is great around young kids, doesn’t growl or bite, loves people and gets along well with other dogs. Crate trained and potty trained, she knows several commands. She loves riding in cars and going on hikes.

 

Alice is a sponsored pet, which means she has met all the requirements of our shelter dogs to be on adoption list; she’s spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on all shots and heartworm preventive and flea/tick preventives.  If you are willing to give this sweet girl the love and care she deserves, email us at Dogsncats11@gmail.com or fill out application at http://Marshallcountyhumanesociety.org, go to “Adoption Info” tab and click on application.
