Marshall County Humane Society requires an appointment to show an animal since we are all volunteer. We do also require a home visit before finalizing adoption to check the security of your fence if you are adopting a dog. Our dogs are given much care and attention and we want to make sure they are in a safe and secure environment. We are a limited intake adoption center and an all volunteer, non-profit organization. All of our animals are disease free, have been spayed/neutered and are up to date on shots. We charge a Dog adoption fee of $150 which includes a microchip. Our Cat adoption fee is $95.00. Reba is an adorable Min Pinscher/Chihuahua mix. She is a small girl, loves attention and gets along with other dogs. She has recently undergone heartworm treatment and is doing well, so should be ready to go to her new home shortly.
All our dogs have been spayed or neutered, and up to date on vaccinations, heartworm preventative, flea and tick preventative. they receive lots of loving care and we give them as much socialization as we can.
